reports from all over #venezuela claim that lotsa people were unable to vote cuz certain electoral zones, depending on the voting intentions in the area, opened hours late (one, at 1:15pm) and closed the gates earlier than scheduled. an exit poll carried out by a newly-created company is giving victory to maduro with 55% of the vote.
