Ocean is literally the only truly non kyc pool that matters right now, ordinals do not significantly increase miner fees, and certainly do not do so in fair return for the bloat it causes on the utxo set which full node runners do not get paid for which is exponential. not to mention the project is funded by joe lubin and other ant bitcoin proponents.
