Wow. That process is too long.

I guess gone are the days where one could apply for a job with a resume/CV or online questionaire, have a phone screen, in person interview and maybe a 2nd level and/or meet manager or ceo for a final before starting a position.

Knowing the lengthy interview time should factor into ones salary demands.

My new process. If it takes more than 3 interviews. I’m out. If you hint of wanting a free work interview. I’m out. If you want me to provide a resume, and want me to fill out forms with the same information before even hired. I’m out. If you don’t advertise salary on job post. I’m out.

The last company I left couldn’t proceed with a merger because I left with all the knowledge. All employees I worked with left 30 days later. I know what I’m worth. You need me more than I need you. It’s time to compensate fairly, and start treating your employees with respect. IDGAF anymore. I won’t be ignoring anymore red flags.
