Well, thanks to Aidan's ROM, the device is live again and working (almost) as expected. It's so great that we can repair and reuse such devices instead of throwing them into the trash.
I wish I could bring my Samsung Gear VR back to life, which depends on Oculus's discontinued services. Meta has decided to stop supporting Oculus software, and to use the device, I'm forced to log in to a dead service.
