I agree it wouldn't be too prudent to have a list of random mints. I was thinking more on how could one verify the funds to ecash balance of a mint to make sure mints aren't just printing with no backing. From there, build a curated list of 1:1 backed mints.

Of course that doesn't mean mints can't rug, but just to have a metric of the reserves on each mint.
