Just use smart contract chains for smart contracts. BitVM is nonsense trying to make a dog into a cat. If your house is infested with mice, just get a cat, don't get a dog with some insanely complex brain implant that somehow makes it act like a cat, but still not as good a cat as an actual cat. Bitcoin just isn't for smart contracts. BitVM people are insane.

The Bitcoin chain can't compute for shit. Wrong tool for the job. Don't like Eth then use something else. Nobody's going to rug your $0.05 or whatever it costs per transaction.
Yeah maybe if I were working with a small amount. I wouldnt care if it was on ETH SOL or any other altchain sure. I know your technically right so I wont dispute that as is right now but I still hope in the future Bitcoin can have its own Defi carved out that isnt wrapped/bridged.
