Why would they feel the need to remove it? It is free to download and read by anyone anywhere.
If he is gonna try and sue them, they will simply remove it rather than fight him in court and pay legal fees.
This isn't their fight, we know this. Don't rely on apple to defend the corn.
Cause they won't.
If they're options are..
1) fight in court about it
2) remove it to prevent incuring legal fees.
I'd bet my stack they choose 2
