Is this something we can replicate on Nostr, where people can create and *moderate* communities/forums?

Or does Nostr’s lack of a delete post feature make it near impossible to create moderated forums?

The reason I’m asking is because this tech is being used to power a very influential pro-bitcoin person’s community, and I don’t think they realize it.

We should provide that person with a non-shitcoin powered alternative, if it’s possible.
