I thought lightning network was supposed to be 0 fee, but when I send my sats from my nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq to my nostr:npub148qm45zettnf6ekgkatnyfadunxwjpu8sy88mjdsgwc5f202d93qmejra7 lightning wallet there is a routing fee. What gives? Can anyone explain this?
