I gave my car to my dad for his race car fund and moved back in with my parents. Why is a car tracking me any more worrisome than my phone? Couldn’t the worried consumer use the internet to find out how to disable the offending software?

This lawsuit has to do with them saving all the data from calls and text messages when phones are hooked up via Bluetooth.

What sort of race car?
