If this is referring to the Nasdaq offering Bitcoin, we should be able to take advantage of that on our side of the pond too with a stocks and shares ISA, assuming the BTC is traded under a stock ticker or ETF or something you can use any UK brokerage account (almost all offer access to the US market) to open an ISA and all your profit is tax free. No capital gains tax on anything in a stocks and shares ISA.

Obviously it's custodial Bitcoin so I'd consider it purely as an investment vehicle not actually owning BTC, but if you wanna do some trading tax free, yeah I imagine we'll be able to benefit from this too.
