With the rise of DeepFakes created using AI tools and nostr.

I am now realising the need for Decentralised Identity verification online. Does anyone have any insights into if nostr cal solve this issue?

I expect proof of identity solutions to be implemented on Nostr but not at the protocol level. Probably many different solutions will emerge that different Nostr communities use more than others.
