Peloton? Totally. As far as the western side of the world goes, few things beat a NY strength trainer.
It’s great bc their workouts are anywhere from 10-60 minutes. Cardio, strength, barre, boxing, yoga, stretch, meditation, gym workouts with free weights, walking, running, subs for kettlebells - teachers in the UK, US, and Germany.
Definitely worth the 12 bucks a month.
