Because it's trying to solve problems that has already been solved (transactions per second) on Bitcoin and doesn't bring anything else. And the community around it is too loud.
You think the TPS issue has been solved on Bitcoin? How so?
Too loud? Interesting that an obvious and persistent passion, expressed verbally, about something is perceived as a problem.
