I suppose that one major difference between ancaps and agorists is that agorists do not believe in taking advantage of state action privilege.

Take reducing liability for instance through means like forming an LLC, S-corp, or C-corp. While this can be beneficial if you want to protect yourself from frivolous lawsuits, simultaneously, you are essentially giving yourself immunity from facing accountability in situations where you could indeed be responsible for the harm of another individual.

At that point, what makes a person forming such an entity to give themselves legal immunity any better than government officials having qualified, judicial, or sovereign immunity? And on top of that, they are receiving a benefit from the same body that they do not support: the State.
