The fact that Hoffman was riding his bike as he was the first being ever to get high on LSD—which I think is likely one of the greatest experiences a human being can have—is astounding.
Nothing better than biking on acid.
I once did a 100 mile mtb race absolutely faced, ate a dipped sweet tart just before the gun. Good times.
