Does this list live in parallel to the kind:10002 one? What's the purpose? Having more "Outbox unannounced" read relays?

The purpose of this list is to save some relays favorited by users, such as algo relay, lockbox, 23GMT, and so on. It’s similar to browser bookmarks, facilitating browsing on Jumble.
