I guess time will tell. If there's a big energy crisis in the next few years, perhaps it was foresight and not corruption.

I'm not talking a so-called crisis of $6/gallon gasoline. That's nothing. I'm thinking of the level of rationing gasoline like was done in the 1970s, with cars lined up around the block.
