the methodology is well established... the book The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya goes into some detail about how this stuff works in the latter part of the book just before they lay the sexual trauma mind control shit on you

the history stuff in the first half of the book is mindblowing, i'm into my second reading and i'm going to read it several more times in the next year or two i'm sure of it
