Wow 10-15 a day! That must’ve been hard to quit my average was about 5-8 a day. Haha that’s what I’m doing thinking about the sats.

Indeed it wasn't simple at all. Helped that I was supporting my dad that had to quit too, so I said to him "I will stop too, but if you start again, I will too." We are doing good.. right incentives I guess 😂😅🍀🤙
Yeah good on you and your dad! Cigarettes tasted gross and didn’t have the same “headrush” affect for me so most of the time when I wasn’t working I was smoking these massive bowls. Full cigarette of tobacco only filled half the bowl filled the rest with weed. Those things would just lay me on my ass and make me so energy depleted, lazy and paranoid. So I had to quit weed with my tobacco addiction. I been doing these since I was 17 to take away my mental pain pretty much made me a zombie haha. My addiction is weird where I can do one or the other but I needed them both to feel satisfied. Doing one or the other on it’s own wouldn’t make me satisfied. It was a bad and expensive addiction.
Wish you really the best Mate. Recognizing it was demaging you and limiting your activity iis a very hard and good point.. probably the hardest one.
