Evil, controlling people.
How about we try the ‘if this is a good idea, the market will provide it game’?

⚡️👀 WATCH - The WEF's Ida Auken wants to get rid of private car ownership and make people share a car with their neighbourhood instead.
"If you can get people to share a car, you can take out a lot of cars in the streets."
"If you can just use your neighbour's car because you have a smartphone and an app, and you don't even need to know the neighbour to get into his car... it's much easier and much more fun to share."

Funny, but in the most capitalist city of the world - New York - many residents, me and my friends included, preferred not to own a car and use taxis and public transport instead.
I totally get that! I lived in Chicago & Dublin about 20 years ago. Zero need for a car, in a lot of big cities.
As long as the choice is always voluntary.
