I'm going to try grilled crumbed calamari on the Webber in 45 mins. Any tips good people? 🙏🏻🙂

Tallow filled deep fryer? 😆

I'd go pretty hot & quick with these but it's not something I've tried cooking with charcoal.

Plenty of charcoal, nice & hot, would be my bet.

Cheers brisket. I thought the tallow and my Webber pan.

But going very hot on the Webber trivet (similar to oven baking) … says 6 mins a side… will monitor. 👍🏻🙂
