Better yet... Post an invoice on nostr and hopefully someone will pay it. I would if I see it. Strangers buying groceries for strangers. It might also get him on nostr if he isn't already

One way to do it... You get them to make an invoice in a lightning wallet. You copy or take a photo of the qr code, post a nostr note with the qr code explaining what it is. Some wallets let you control the expiry of the invoice... It would be good to have a short duration. The only problem is waiting around for someone to pay it... And if they don't you'll look like a goof.
