Because by sending the separated coinjoined UTXOs together you’ll undo some of your anonymity. Potentially all of the anonymity. Sending every UTXO by itself will be expensive, sending together shows common ownership

Okay. Why do you not keep them in native segwit?
I already have utxos in taproot and I will keep moving utxos to whatever new consensus rules move bitcoins forward to
