Guys as someone who has family in the farming industry you’re missing the point. It’s ALWAYS been easy to get the migrant worker visas. The problem is that so many did NOT get them because they overstayed a prior visa, committed crimes here or for some other reason were not allowed back in the USA. My uncle had to deal with that problem constantly in Modesto at his peach ranch.

The “fast track” isn’t something new. Other administrations have had to do that before.
