I don't use it, I don't want to see anything from anyone but from nostr.
I think most of the nostr traffic comes from mostr.pub now. You are missing out.

Can you see any posts from that relay? Can you see reposts ?
When I turned it off, I still seen the posts hit other relays
If they get published to relays I'm using I can, but I have it off by default.
