Termux + node media server + latest fork of yasea + cloudfare domain ( was it 8 bucks annual) + cloudflared (tos is without non html nonsense at the moment) and the phone is a bit on 🔥 going live 🤣 but depending mobile up - live delay 20-60s 🤙(wifi much better obvi).
