I'm going by the requirements.txt.

But it's a never-ending waterfall.

Install X. Need to install A B and D and upgrade C to 3.0.

Install Y. Need F and G and C in version 2.8.

Yes it is like that. Sometimes it is the case that something is missing from the instructions. But not everything needs compile
