Have you tried blocking the blue light with screen protectors, glasses and switching to incandescent bulbs? I recently did and I’m sleeping much better.

I’ve incorporated a couple other things at the same time as blocking blue light so I can’t be 100% certain which is helping most but my wife is definitely convinced. Corded headphones and blocking the blue light are probably the most helpful.

…….or I’m crazy🤪
