I have a random question: Is Nostr shitcoin-resistant? Or could shitcoiny scammers build shitcoin rails into a Nostr client if they wanted to?

I'm sure we'll have plenty of Shitcoin integrations, at some point. I've seen one relay that accepts Monero. I'm sure we'll have all sorts of others at some point in the future. And this is all okay. We may not like those Shitcoins, but we should be happy that anyone can build anything they want to on Nostr.

I definitely agree. Freedom above all else. But it does seem like sats are proving themselves as real money better and faster than anything else.
