I thought I’d share a bit about one of my biggest life learnings so you can get to know me better—and maybe we can help each other along the way.

Has anyone ever told you that you need to be “strong” all the time, even when you’re struggling inside?

For much of my life, I felt like I had to keep it all together—whether it was about health, fitness, or finances. I’ve carried the weight of expectations, always trying to measure up, but never quite feeling like I was enough. There’s this constant pressure, especially on platforms like Instagram, to present a perfect life, to filter out the messy parts, and show only the highlights. But let’s be real—that’s not who any of us truly are. It’s exhausting chasing an illusion of perfection.

Here on #Nostr, though, it’s different. This space feels authentic. It’s given me a place to be real, to be vulnerable, and to connect without judgment. I’m learning that vulnerability is not weakness—it’s strength. Sharing our struggles isn’t just about letting go of the weight; it’s about creating a space where others can feel safe to do the same.
