Bitcoin isn’t perfect. Imperfect privacy, too expensive, too slow, all that. But I’d argue that layers 2 and higher allow us to improve gradually, maybe even to approach perfection asymptotically. It’s beautiful to see and I feel privileged to watch it getting built before my eyes in real time. 🙏🏼

Nostr isn’t perfect. But I see it as the best playground to get web of trust to work, after over three decades (since the advent of PGP) of abysmal failure. Once we’ve discovered the WoT-equivalent of the difficulty adjustment, we’ll be on our way. 🚀
