I don't believe so.

You can free a laptop of proprietary software with enough know how.

Freedom silicon is direly needed.

System 76 makes a good effort

Look forward to the day they design and ship their own hardware on the laptop side of things.

Depends what you mean by “FOSS Laptop”

FOSS OS: easy— you can put Linux on most computers, even old Chromebooks

FOSS Firmware: Some (eg system 76)

FOSS Silicon: Unsure/limited if you want to avoid proprietary hardware like Intel processors

What's that super repairable one?

Really good suggestion but AFAIK it still runs proprietary firmware and doesn't allow disabling Intel ME
