Abp is still better then 99% adblocker that are majorly ub0 or abp rebranding + malware, but ub0 is the actual state of the art.

With google sunsetting mv2 extensions, on chromium based browser the best solution is ublock0-lite thats fully declarative and mv3 compliant, but needs to renounce to most advanced feature of ublock0. Ublock0-lite just block ads, basically.
