Devil’s advocate: they have to hire some Oswald, expendable gunman who may have somewhat questionable skills and definitely questionable morals/mental stability. I think there’s still possibility it’s deep state. Another point: the sloppy secret service job who should’ve cleared the very few rooftops hours beforehand.

Don’t you think they don’t have other ways to kill him apart from putting an unreliable person on a roof with a rifle?
