I had to open this one for major restructuring.

It's quite warped and cracked and weak in design.

But it is a really noble instrument built long ago.

The top wood is Alerce. Some unique South American tonewood that it is special for its softness and resonance. Not long ago was discovered that it could be used as a really fine tonewood.
