I am highly sensitive to light - so a hat helps me combat that to some degree :)

I only see roughly 16% on my left eye with a FoV of 2-3° and a max distance of 6 meters; my right eye is practically useless with something like 0.3% ^^'

So a hat, and sometimes sunglasses, help me a whole lot.
