This isn't an extreme example but images of especially human bodies decorated with this kind of geometric perforations triggers a phobia in some people. I had a nightmare once that involved little pyramid segments being somehow carved out of my flesh, I forget, maybe it was on my face or something, *shudder*, idk what it is, it's just bizarre how it makes my skin crawl.
