(I say this sipping on cold brew with an empty stomach starting to feel jittery and looking for my theanine and toasting a bagle)

Theanine kills the jitters and GABA helps to control scatter brain into focused creativity. Also great for learning or 4 hour podcasts. It is how you learn to code.
