nos.lol already experimenting with it. If something looks spammy it may ask more PoW. though numbers are weird and need tweaking.

There is no documentation. Once the code does not change for a while I guess I can start sharing what it does. You can compare the globals of nos.lol and others to see what it is blocking maybe.
