Not quite as plug and play as you might hope but it honestly doesn't take a lot to mod. All you need is the ability to turn a few screws and plug stuff in.

Buy from kaboomracks, they come preinstalled with all thebsoftware you need. Technically you can just plug it in, type in your credentials, and you're good to go.

But since you're in an office, the easiest thing to mod is remove the fans and install noctua 120mm fans which are capable of running at 3k rpm (I can provide specific product listing if it helps). All you have to do is unscrew 4 screws per fan.

If you want it even quieter you can buy the 120mm to140mm adaptor from cryptocloaks or even 3d print it (or I can send you a set)

Another good option is cryptocloaks sells a kit. It includes the s9 and the adapters and fans. Makes it very easy at a tiny markup. Could be a good middle ground solution.
