How do they define adoption?
In 1990 some people had computers at home, mainly for word processing and games. I’d say a very small percentage of them were using them for dial-up BBS’s.
240M Bitcoin Users worldwide? Seems even a bit too high. I would estimate 50-100M looking at the BTC wallets and that many people have more than one wallet.
