Does running a Bitaxe actually help the network, or is it just a toy?

I'm no expert but my assumption is hashrate is hashrate and this doesn't look very decentralized to me
Yes, but the hash rate is soooo small with a Bitaxe, does it change that graph at all?
It does help especially when we have a decent number of them
