Any recommendations for lodging that has fast reliable wifi?
We rented a home from a Tico family and didn’t explore other options so no suggestions. Power flickers are common so that makes wifi inherently unreliable but that’s just how it is in Uvita. Tradeoff of being in the jungle
I’m working with a local to build cabins that can offer weekly rates which include bedroom AC, good wifi, a bicycle and a daily coffee at the onsite cafe. What would that be worth to you as a weekly rate in $usd?

It depends. I would need more info like exact location and pictures. I’m not that sensitive to price though. I care more about location, decent setup for working (at least one desk and bonus if it’s adjustable standup desk), amenities, etc.

Oh hell yeah. Do they have Muay Thai classes or is it just Jiu Jitsu?
They have a bunch of heavy bags and offer striking, BJJ, boxing and strength/mobility. Don’t think they offer Muay Thai specifically but probably wouldn’t be opposed to it if they saw demand and could find a coach. They are also building a cafe and coworking space next year
