OK. I want to determine what ranks in my feed. I don't want it gamed by someone deciding to POW.

If you want a POW, make the USER do the work, not the phone. "Tap this, the longer you tap, the higher your POW". Logic. Power is cheap. Cycles are cheap. TIME is expensive :-)
