Theoretically, its value should be tied to the value of the peso, due to constitutional regulations. Acceptance in other provinces strictly depends on whether people want to accept it. In the crisis of the year 2000 there was such a need for money that the titles of the other provinces were accepted indiscriminately throughout the country.

Beyond the bad situation it was something very funny.

Each province has its own constitution. I would have to read but I think the only one that could issue a currency separate from the value of the peso is the Province of Buenos Aires. Also Buenos Aires can have their own army separate from the national one. Something funny too.
