Maybe paid relay messages that are marked as encrypted and only viewable to those that have paid even if rebroadcast to other relays, no idea if it's possible , but a nice to have in that scenario.

UX

- Alice posts to encrypted private paid relay, marks the content as 'only viewable by users,npub, that paid the relay fee.

- Alice Broadcast to only the paid relay.

- Bob, paid the private relay fee to see the encrypted posts.

- Bob reposts to multiple relays.

- Charlie sees the post on a relay Bob reposted

- Charlie sees an option to pay the relay fee, go to the relays site to pay.

- Daniel on the same relay as Charlie also just see pay to view content

Motivation

Prevents user that have not paid a private relay from seeing posts. While reposted to another relay, the post remains encrypted to all that have not paid the fee. Providing the opportunity to pay view content.

Encrypted private relay all content can be locked at the relay level then at the per post level.
