Daily meditation is as important to me feeling good as daily exercise or eating healthy is. When I'm not doing it's hard to pinpoint how I feel worse but it's definitely better when I am doing it. Less scatterbrained I think.

Check out Alan Watts and Ram Dass. There's loads of there stuff on YouTube. It's some of the craziest stuff I've ever learned
