then go and wash your hands rinse your mouth wash your face and your feet.

remember you need to know you are a strong person if you can control your anger.

you will be grateful for being strong and not doing anything regretful and the heat of the moment.

Be grateful to the creator who created the whole universe and everything & everyone in it.

Ask the creator to show the right path and how to deal with your situation, from the bottom of your heart, with sincere open heart & mind and you will see miracle.
