Science wouldn't say it starts at the exact moment of conception.
So, there's no murder if there's no human life involved.

The moment a human egg is fertilized, a unique DNA is built (let's not get complicated with twins or worse, cloning), leading to the possibility of a new human coming to fruition. No one has any right to end another human life except in defense of one's self. Not even the mother of the zygote. So...
